ALIAS VALIDATION RULES

Alias is not case sensitive.
Alias must be from 3 to 16 alpha-numeric characters (A-Z and 0-9 only, with no spaces or special characters), and cannot be perceived as obscene, scandalous, or immoral in any language.
Alias must not already be assigned to anyone else.
Given name and family name must use the 26 letter English alphabet, but the following punctuation is permissible: space, comma, hyphen, period, and apostrophe. If required, some European characters will be automatically converted to their English character equivalents for you.
